Returned products must be unused and in the original packaging. If items do not have their original packaging, but are unused, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied. This restocking fee also applies if products are returned after 30 days.
Prior to returning your product(s), please fill out the return request form. We will reply by email with the return shipping information.
Expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks from receipt of the returned product. We will email you the details of your refund. Your refund will be credited back to the credit card used for the initial purchase.
Used items such as water bottles, baby bottles, food containers, bedding, towels, cosmetics, and personal care products are not returnable due to health regulations.
