This burnished bamboo utensil set is perfect for use at the home, office, school, picnic etc. They are durable, lightweight, practicle and reusable. The Bamboo utensils are stronger than ordinary wood and will not scratch your plates. The burnished finish is created by steaming the bamboo to bring out the natural sugars and carmelizing them. This results in a honey color and smooth texture. The process is finished with a light, naturally derived non-toxic lacquer. These utensils make for a wonderful eco-friendly gift. Bamboo is a renewable member of the grass family that matures quickly, and resprouts with little replanting. Made in China. Set consists of a 6.5" fork and spoon and a 7.5" knife. Hand wash only.
